Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we are focusing on serving and expanding within the Philippines market to ensure we provide the best possible service and product offerings to our local customers. As a result, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We appreciate your interest in our products and hope to serve customers beyond the Philippines in the future. Q: What are the shipping costs for my order?

A: We are delighted to offer Free Delivery on all orders over PHP 1500. For orders under this amount, standard delivery charges apply: PHP 100 for addresses within Metro Manila and PHP 150 for addresses outside Metro Manila. All shipping fees will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout, so there are no unexpected costs.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that orders placed before our 10 am cut-off time will be processed the same day. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and once shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS with tracking information. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Manila: 1-2 days
Luzon: 3-5 days
Visayas: 6-9 days
Mindanao: 6-10 day

Please note that during holiday and peak seasons, additional processing and shipping days may be required due to increased demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Q: Do you offer same/next day delivery?

A: Yes, we offer Same/Next Day Delivery services for those times when you need your order quickly. For same day delivery, please make sure to place your order by 1 pm, and for next day delivery, your order should be placed by 3 pm. These expedited shipping options are subject to additional costs and are available exclusively for Metro Manila addresses, adhering to the order cut-off times. Note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be subject to delays.
